Table 表格

A compound object that contains data in rows and columns 表格是在行和列中包含数据的复合对象

It can be created from an empty table or a table style 
可以通过空的表格或表格样式创建空的表格对象

Annotate tab > Tables panel > Table

注释选项卡 > 表格面板 > 表格

Input Column 3, Column Width 7.5, Row 5 and Row Height 1.
Click OK
输入列数及列宽，数据行数及行高。

点击【确定】

Pick a point to place the table
指定表格位置

Input the title
输入标题

Arrow-down and input the header
按【下行】键,输入表头

Input the rest of the headers
按【右行】键,输入其他的表头

Highlight number '2'
选择号码 2

Text Editor tab > Formatting panel > Superscript
文字编辑器选项卡 > 格式面板 > 上标

2 become square
2 转换成平方

Fill in other contain
填入其他内容

Select the Tabke frame
选择表格框

Click the triangle grip and drag to bottom
单击左下角的三角夹点并拖动至底部

框选A3 至C7
表格单元选项卡 > 单元样式 > 下拉菜单 > 正中

Insert Block in Table Cell 表格单元插入块

Select cell A3
选择单元A3

Table Cell tab > Insert panel > Block
表格单元选项卡 > 插图面板 > 块

Name: Select RMNUM
名称：在下拉菜单选择 RMNUM

Scale: 0.04

比例：0.04

Overall cell alignment: Select Middle Center
全局单元对齐：选择正中

Click OK
单击确定

Input 6002 than click OK 
输入6002，单击确定

Block with the number 6002 insert into cell A3
块6002插入单元A3

Select cell A3 选择单元 A3
Click the diamond grip and drag to A5
拖拉 钻石夹点至 A5

This will copy the same block to all selected cells
Double-click on cell A4
相同的块复制到其他单元

双击 单元 4

Click OK
单击【确定】

Enter Room Number: 6004 输入房间号码 6004
Click OK 单击【确定】

Repeat the same steps on all other blocks
重复相同的步骤修改另一房间号码

Insert Field in Table Cell 插入字段

Thaw the layer Area
解冻 地域图层

The area displayed in blue color
蓝色的地域范围显现

Select cell C3
选择单元 C3
Table Cell tab > Insert panel > Field
表格单元选项卡 > 插入面板 > 字段

Field category: Select Objects
字段类别：选择对象

Field names: Select Object
字段名称：选择对象

Object type: Click Select object button
对象类型：单击选择对象

Select the blue area of room 6002
选择蓝色房间6002的蓝色边框

Precision: 0.0 精度：0.0

Click Additional Format

单击其他格式

Conversion factor: 0.000001 转换系数：0.000001
Click OK 单击【确定】

Click OK 单击【确定】

Command Line: Quit
命令行：退出 Quit

Repeat the same steps on other table cells for the different room
Select the last cell
重复相同的步骤插入字段在不同的单元
选择单元C6

Insert Formula in Table Cell 在单元插入公式

Table Cell tab > Insert panel > Formula drop-down list - Sum
表格单元选项卡 > 插入面板 >  公式下拉菜单 > 求和

Pick two corners to select the range
框选C3至C6

The formula displayed 公式自动显示
Press [Enter] 按【回车】键

The sum result in square mm 总和显示平方厘米
Select the cell 选择单元C6

Table Cell tab > Cell Format panel > Data Format drop-down list - Custom Table Cell Format
表格单元选项卡 > 单元格式面板 > 数据格式下拉菜单 > 自定义表格单元格式

Precision: 0.0 精度：0.0
Click Additional Format 单击其他格式

Conversion factor: 0.000001 转换系数：0.000001
Click OK 单击【确定】

Click OK 单击【确定】

Sum result converted to square meters
总和转换成平方米

Table Edit 表格修改

Select Table frame 选择表格框

Click triangle grip and drag to right, alight with the viewport

单击三角夹点拖拉至右边与视口对齐

Select the table title 选择标题
Select yellow from the Table Cell Background Color drop down list

在表格单元背景色下拉菜单选择黄色

Table Title fill with yellow color as background 标题填入黄色背景颜色

Click row 2 to select all headers 单击行 2 以选择所有表头

Change the background color to Cyan
选择浅蓝为背景颜色

Table is easy to read with background color

有不同背景颜色的表格较易浏览

Select the Table frame 选择表格框

Make the square grip hot to stretch the individual column width
单击正方形夹点可调整个别列的宽度
