Snaps to the insertion point of objects such as an attribute, a block, or text. 

捕捉对象：属性、块或文字。


Status Bar > Object Snap - Insertion 状态栏 > 对象捕捉 - 插入点


Move cursor near to text object, click when insert icon appear.
移动光标靠近文字对象，当捕捉符号显示时即可点击


Input 550 for the circle radius 输入半径 550
